Overview:

Ace Roto Mold had to buy preground plastic which was expensive. They had to load product into Gaylord boxes and forklift around plant. What Ace Roto Mold wanted was a way to grind his own plastic and transport it to all areas of their plant.

Specifications:

• Installed two Reduction Engineering pulverizers to grind his own plastic powder.
• Installed pneumatic piping to convey product to areas of his plant.
• Added more outside storage bins for unground and ground plastic.
